Lightest Shadow's Guild Application

This is my first time making an app so please don't mind if it's too small or too plain.

Remember to include these:

Name: (Pokemon's name, duh)
Age*: (Age of the pokemon, optional)
Pokemon: (Your character's species)
Bio: (Deascription of your character and their background, along with accessories and differences in appearence)

Also, the square box is for a picture of your character, and you should also place their gender in the corner of the box, too.
